Negative: There was often dogs mess in the garden area We were going on a trip and being collected at 3 am - the doors were locked and we were unable to find anyone to help - we finally found him asleep in a room of reception

Positive: Communication throughout the stay from staff was exceptional. From the point of booking, Casa de Avila shared relevant information and were able to accommodate our needs for the two stays; broken up with a two day trek in-between.. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check-in early for a fee and swap our breakfast (we checked out early on the last day). The team helped with laundry, provided luggage storage, and organised a taxi for the airport. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable meeting all our needs. Plenty to choose from for breakfast.

Negative: Nothing - a great stay!

Negative: We stayed on a king room before and I somehow chose a triple room this time. My fault. But the room didn’t have as nice of amenities. The shower was small with no place to put anything, the towels were thin and no fridge, disappointing after it was all nicer quality in the king room . And we gave our key to the front desk so our room would be cleaned -at least change the towels and empty garbage, we had to ask three times once we returned to the room.
